General Guidelines

Rail Agent ID (DMT Empire India Pvt Ltd) follows the official IRCTC and Indian Railways refund rules for all ticket cancellations. Refunds are processed based on the time of cancellation and the type of ticket.

Cancellation Timing Refund Percentage
48 hours before departure Full refund minus Clerkage/Cax. charges
Between 48h to 12h before 75% of the ticket amount
Between 12h to 4h before 50% of the ticket amount
Less than 4h or After Charting No Refund (as per IRCTC rules)

Service Charges

Please note that the Agent Service Charge and Payment Gateway Charges are non-refundable in case of ticket cancellation by the user.

Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it usually takes 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account/Wallet).

How to Claim?

    Cancel Ticket

    Login to your dashboard and click on "Cancel Ticket" in the bookings section.

    Verify OTP

    Enter the OTP sent to the passenger's mobile number (for Agent bookings).

  • 3
    Auto-Credit

    Refund will be automatically credited after IRCTC processing.
